Disc Pool is a free application with in-app purchases built and operated by VisionXR. This Service is intended for use as-is and currently collects limited user data.

Disc Pool collects certain user data to enable multiplayer functionality and improve user experience. The data we collect includes:

Username
Avatar
Friend list (for gameplay matchmaking)
Age group data
This information is accessed through Unity, Playfab and Photon services (Voice, Chat, Multiplayer). Data is used solely for gameplay purposes and to support in-app purchases. We do not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information to our own servers.

Cookies
Disc Pool does not use cookies, nor does it utilize third-party code or libraries that use cookies.

Children’s Privacy
Our Services are designed for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

Request to Remove User Data
Users may request the removal of their account and data by contacting us at Visionxr.opc@gmail.com. Upon receiving such a request, we will promptly delete all relevant data stored via Unity, Photon and Playfab services.
